Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Luvera Clothing is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, damaged, or arrives with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
